• Professionals are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, labor obligations, and legal compliance

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activity
• Harass or threaten others
• Submit false information
• Manipulate reviews or ratings
• Circumvent platform payments
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Upload malicious software
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Users may submit:

• Reviews
• Ratings
• Photos
• Comments
• Messages

By submitting content, users grant JAI CORP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and market such content.

JAI CORP reserves the right to remove content considered inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, or abusive.

• Software
• Designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Platform features

are owned by or licensed to JAI CORP and protected by intellectual property laws.

JAI CORP is not responsible for third-party services or policies.

JAI CORP’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid through the platform related to the specific claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAI CORP from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

Users agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
